The Mocambo....originally designed at Laykin et Cie for one of Mocambo owner Charlie Morrisson's "friends" in 1941. The ring, now brought back to life in 2017 evokes the passions of the era, set in beautiful 18kt rose gold and channel set square rubies with two rows of  brilliant round diamonds. The center provides a perfect knot for this bow of yesteryear....a delicious diamond.   This beautiful bow ring can also be ordered as a mounting to accommodate your own diamond center stone and makes for an perfect way to say thank you....or I love you.  The Mocambo was one of Sunset Strips most famous night clubs from 1941 - 1957 and was located across the street from the location of the original Laykin et Cie Hollywood salon.
