Handcrafted 18K yellow gold snake design ring with jet black enamel.
This sexy ring has life to it and is lovely and smooth to the touch with it's perfectly applied cold enamel. A challenging and artful technique mastered by Carl Faberge, the jeweler to the Russian Czars in the late 1800s and continued in France after the Russian Revolution with houses such as Cartier and Boucheron. Our hard to find enamelists utilize the same generation to generation techniques and still produce for Laykin, Bvlgari and Cartier to this day.
